This renovation project involved taking a home originally built in the Camelback Villa neighborhood of Arcadia in the 1950’s and completely renovating and expanding the residence. It went from being a 1,900SF 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with a small galley style kitchen and a carport to a spacious 3,750SF 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom residence with an enclosed extra deep garage, new master bedroom suite and flexible spaces bringing it up to par with other renovated homes in the area. The home was purchased for $525,000 in Jan 2014 and after the complete remodel sold for $917,000 six months later after all the additional space and upgrades were finished.

We also were able to provide a separate entrance adjacent to the garage to allow the homeowner to do some work from home with a flexible office space next to the master bedroom which would allow them to do business in that area if they chose to do so. The complete exterior of the home was redone including upgrading the shake shingle roof to a more modern concrete roof. Credit for construction to Residential Rehab.
